Pools growing beyond the configuration limits

Details

Pool space grows beyond the configured limit. The variuos spaces (precious, used..) don't fit any more and the 'removeale space' is negative. Consequently the pool space web pages show rediculously long colored bars.

Further Information

With 1.7.0-34 the pool truncates files to its size given in pnfs after a restore from tape. So, no more data than expected can be received from HSM systems. This didn't fix Jons problem. So there is obvious another reason for the miscalculation.

Based on the most recent information provided by Jon, it seems that the problem is fixed on the 'read pools'. However a 'precious' miscalulcation seems still to be there. The current idea is that this is triggered by a 'non synchronized' block in the calculation of precious space.
