How to create a VM from a snapshot

• Shut down old VM (if new VM should replace old VM)

• Select 'Network', click on 'Properties' and copy MAC address from old VM.

Select 'New VM' in Menubar

• Template: Choose the Snapshot you want to use, click 'Next'.

• Name: Change Name to the name of the new VM. Add a description (e.g. date for to distinguish the new VM from the old one)

• Installation Media: DVD drive: <empty> is fine, click 'Next'.

• Home Server: Choose server (just take the chosen server).

• CPU & Memory: click 'Next'.

• Storage: click 'Next'.

• Networking: click 'Properties' and paste old MAC

• Finish
