Abstract of the process:

EGI/EMI tickets get send to GGUS by some users. These tickets are evaluated and assigned to Product Teams (PTs) by the Deployed Middleware Support Unit (DMSU).

If we are not pleased with a ticket that is assigned to us or a ticket that was wrongfully assigned to us, we are supposed to assign it back to the DMSU and comment why we assigned it back. The same is true for tickets that concern subjects we are not willing to work on (rejected tickets). Important is the clarification WHY we reject or reassign.
