SRM 2.2 WLCG Deployment

dCache developers will be available from now up to November.
Deployment for dCache :
- FZK will upgrade to dCache 1.8 :
- 5 Nov : Preparation : system will be online.
- 6 Nov : Upgrade : System will be down
- 7 Nov : Tuning : System is up but we might encounter short interruptions.
- Patrick will get the dates from the other Sites.
- November : all docs should be available in order to setup a site.
- Next Week : site readiness.
No other site has presented dates on when they plan to upgrade.
