Files written with dccp disappear after being written

As it looks now, the framework attempts to write the same file nearly at the same time with two different dccp instances. This causes the last dccp to remove the file because it receives an error while writing. The details will be evaluated by the BNL crew and communicated via e-mail.

Files are removed after an FTS SRM transfer but FTS doesn't retry

Jane will send the various logs needed to invistigate.
