Doris: looking at problem of lost CMS and atlas ( ~ 100 ) files pools runs 1.9.1-2 with migration module removal record require Timur: fix int the code

Currently we are in the middle of splitting up our dcache head nodes services to multiple nodes and moving the pnfs database so I do not have to time to call in. But at the moment we have no issues to report.
