Site reports
NDGF
Gerd reported that NDGF are "quite fine" at the moment.
They have upgraded one of their door nodes to the new 1.9.7-1 release and it seems to be doing fine.
In answer to Owen's question, Gerd reported that NDGF is using PostGreSQL v8.4
FZK
Doris said that everything is fine; nothing to report.
She mentioned that FZK are using PostGreSQL v8.3
Triumf
Simon reported that everything is fixed from their earlier problems due to a PostGreSQL database corruption. Last week has been quiet.
They have started a dCache downtime ??
The unclean problem they reported earlier (where files deleted in the namespace were not being deleted from pools) was caused by the PostGreSQL corruption problem. On fixing the PostGreSQL problem, the issue went away.
Everything has been fixed so far.
CERN
Andrea had nothing special to report from CERN.
He mentioned that he will be sending out, by email, a request for information from Tier-1 sites. This is mainly to enquire about sites' status of the FTS upgrade, but he'll also ask what are site's currently installed version of storage system.
PIC
Received from Gerard via email:
Everything's fine at PIC, we keep waiting for the SRM DB solution to remove/register the non-exiting/new files due to the postgresql DB corruption we suffered a few weeks ago.
