Upgrade 1.9.8+special. Some hicups but otherwise OK.

Last week everything OK.

NDGF transfers .. more details needed. Need to talk to NDGF people before

Data connection didn't connect. Looks like pools that are new at NDGF doesn't get through the firewall ... but further investigation is needed.

Small outage. PoolManager went crazy for a few minutes

Disabled pool-to-pool copies, behaved better. Restarted the dcache daemon

All transfer requests were queued,

6 GiB.

Was 90% changed to 95%
