• Timur: scalabiltiy testing with SRM and tickets from Tanja and patrick.
• Tau : working on plots with Timur and Dmitry before submitting to SVN. Same time work with web interface. Wrap up of his work. Unfortunately leaving next week already.
• Dmitry : working on enstore-chimera integration, and helping timur with SRM scalability plots.
• Tanja : Tickets, NFS improvements.
• Jan : Holidays : Two new web pages with ability to send commands to more pools/cells.
• Mkrtchan : Try to understand why the test stand didn't work during his vacation. Trunk : doesn't work. 1.9.5 looks good. Tomorrow release 1.9.5. After that 1.9.9 for PIC.
• Patrick : Lots of paperwork.
• Gerd : reimplement migration module in scalar. Spending some time investing to rewrite interaction with bootloader and startup.
• Thomas : Working on making non-blocking GSI connector for JETTY. Just using channels. Handshake done, work in progress.

Report Tier I meeting

Pedros problems with pool to pool : We know a fix for Pedro but we have to solve the general issue. Which nobody knows an answer for this right now.

Agenda

• Timurs ticket [www.dcache.org 5780] dCacheDomain heap usage at CMS dCache. Gerd will have a look at the Dummy.
• Our web pages. Out of date. Patrick will do that.
• CDF filed fermilab ticket regarding the fallback mechnism in pool selection. CDF provided configuration to prove that the pool selection doesn't work. Dmitry solved most of the issues already. (*@* can't be used as fallback, this is not well described ). Dmitry will send original question from CDF.
• Dmitry : Concern regarding the gPlazma work.
• Gerd : On testing of 1.9.7 and others. After 1.9.5 and 1.9.9 we will follow up with other releases.
• Timur asks questions to Gerd : adding verbose mode on start up. And more important : print out which parameters are choosen.
• Tigran wants to see Gerd here at DESY.
