Thomas: Continuing work on threadless http mover (netty). Bug fixes.

Gerd: start working on cell name resolution with JMS. Fixing JMS crash on NDGF production system. Started working on patch for SRM xxxxxx.......

Antje: Enjoy Grid-Ka school. EMI emails and EMI meetings and tickets.

Jan: bugfixes and EMI meetings + knowledge transfer to Christian.

Tigran: 1.9.7, and 1.9.9 releases. bug fixes and review.

Owen: GridKa? school, EMI meetings, dcap adding bugs and fixes.
