Deployed 1.9.11 beginning November; today discovered issues with GridFTP, but have

Deployed new pin-manager, rewritten fro scratch, working very well.

We will have a downtime replace hardware of head nodes of old dCache instance.

Update to newest 1.9.5 release.

Apart from that, nothting to report.
