dCache Tier I meeting April 19, 2011

Site reports

  • PIC : Gerard via e-mail : We've nothing to report.
  • KIT : Silke via e-mail : From GridKa we have nothing to report.
  • Sara : Two issues
    • Ticket 6248 : Cleaner seems to be not functional well. Tigran will check this week.
    • Ticket 6219 : ACL enabled. Now and then : dccp gets I/O error. Checking the dcap log files : Complains about ACL. Nagios reports postgres backend problems at the same. After increasing memory of postgress the error seemed to disappear. But it is popping up again. Ron will provide more info on postgres error log. Tigran will check. Max postgres connections is set to 1000, but never reaches the limit.
  • Triumf : Production was ok last week. But question on dCache http info. Simon will check the LoginBroker.
  • NDGF : Upgraded to the latest 1.9.12 (trunk) and enabled gPlazma 2 which : x509, voms, gridmap, storageauth and vo-rolemaps.
