Site reports
KIT
Everything is fine; nothing to report.
NDGF
Things are rather good.
The new pool-selection module is deployed and is doing fine.
PIC
Gerard reported that he updated PIC Tier-1 this morning to 1.9.12-10. He's still waiting on the worker-nodes going into production, but the early tests look like the old problem is resolved.
Triumf
Simon reported that there was no trouble last week. He is planning to upgrade Triumf to 1.9.5-27 in a couple of weeks; he's also looking at improving the system's handling of hot replicas.
Simon also mentioned that there are plans to switch jobs from using dccp to using dcap-IO: most (but not all) jobs are currently downloading complete files to the worker-node and processing them there. The planned change is for the jobs to access these files remotely, using dcap-IO. Simon is investigating how to roll-out this change gradually.
