EMI Convergence of data solutions

Agenda of the  core emi meeting in Juelich. Alberto provided an update on the status of the project and his  visions.

Initial Input from ARC, Unicore and gLite

• Unicore and some comments
• gLite

The final document should have the following structure :

• One paragraph discussing current state of the art and known issues/requirements
• Section describing what EMI can do to address the issues/requirements (impact)
• One or more technical paragraphs describing possible solutions, implementation details, relationships with other services
• High-level plan (duration, milestones, success criteria) (assume three years)
• Deadline Monday 26rd

This is draft V8 including intro and the issue list. (Basically agreed)
