pools repo 600 TiB

PIC has 380 TiB pools (with 3.3x106 files), with XFS.

Need to tune the je properties (for the BerkeleyDB) to boost the startup time. These used to need 4 hours; now less than 30 minutes. Also "btree memory for java" Java max heap size to keep btree

NDGF's largest pools are 100 TiB.

Modern dCache pools for start-up is much less ~10.

Paul pointed out that these are tunable via the pool.plugins.meta.db! properties
