Having efficiency problems with ATLAS. Some transfers transfers (FTP) with 0 bytes transfers.

Query 'movers ls' with zero bytes transferred.

Do you see the client-IP address in the mover ls output. Is the client always the same or different?

SRM request -- redirects the transfer to the GridFTP door, then to the pool.

ATLAS decided to switch all transfers GridFTP to xrootd, yielding 1/20th of the performance.

This was with the arc-xrootd client.

The PostgreSQL reverted configuration so that it required passwords from dCache, which wasn't configured.

Problem with dcap client

RT ticket 9306

At DESY, dnf / yum shows dcap v2.47.11, which is the broken version.

There is a fixed version (v2.47.12), which is currently in EPEL testing.

Updates .. on LHCb instance Xavier has disabled seq scan and removed the curl timeout option and adjusted the PnfsManager slow timeout to be 500 ms. There have been only 5 PnfsManager operations taking more than 500 ms and no WebDAV transfers have failed.
